There's a lot of lore attached, but Infinity is heavily inspired by bubblegum crisis, appleseed, and that era of Japanese sci-fi.I believed the core book for the RPG drops next month, at least PDFs will be available for Kickstarter. Based on the publisher's track record it'll be availed on drive thru soon after. There's a quicker guide floating around if you want to get a taste of it.It uses Modiphius' 2d20 system which kind of plays like a roll under version of the Fantasy Flight Star Wars rules. Very cinematic with very nice balance of narrative and crunch. All I have at hand are backer emails, so no hard dates.

Looking back at them, they're shooting to ship the core PDF by the end of March.As for the war game: it's honestly really easy to learn. It doesn't play anything like Warhammer or Warmahordes but the basic concepts of the game are easy to grock. If you've played Valkyria Chronicles, that's essentially exactly how the action economy and line of site rules work.
The problem with the game is that it requires like 5x the terrain props. Like, 10 inches of unbroken table space is considered a huge area.
