You need to change it to AHCI.

Also disable secureboot so you can see usb and install it. You may need to add usb in boot sequence as option. In Windows you need to disable fastboot so Ubuntu can recognize partitions correctly.This is for future reference for me and all of you Dell XPS 13 9360 owners.

I never use Linux OS and heard that there are many distributed versions for Linux, though, Ubuntu and Fedora are arguably the best.
